It was a long 3 days as the President and his two assistants,Elder Trembath and Elder Pack sat in front of the transfer board and tried to figure out where each missionary was to labor. It was a chain reaction when you have to pull out 13 missionaries going home and figure out where the new 17 missionaries go and who their trainer will be, along with other changes that need to be made It took many days behind closed doors in thought and prayer to put the large puzzle together. Even when you think it is all done, changes were made before the transfer meeting. It is an amazing process.
